Crossroads Rehabilitation & Nursing is currently looking for caring, compassionate Full Time and PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)/Registered Nurses (RN) to provide quality care to our residents.

We are a 130 bed skilled nursing facility in Vandalia, OH just north of Dayton, OH. We specialize in long term care and short term rehabilitation services and behavioral health. We have been part of the Vandalia community for over 40 years.
