A Letter From Our New Administrator

April 8, 2021
"I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Chuck Helmandollar and as of March 29, 2021 I take great pleasure in being the Administrator at Crossroads Rehabilitation and Nursing. The core values of compassion, integrity and empathy are what set this company apart from our competitors. It's a privilege to be part of a management team that is advanced culturally and listens to the needs of it's residents, staff, families and community. I am excited about joining the Foundations Family!

Chuck Helmandollar - Crossroads' Administrator

Here's a little about me. I was born at the Bethesda Military Hospital in Washington D.C. I grew up in a military family which gave me the opportunity to live all over the U.S. I graduated from Florida State University with a BS in International Business and later a Masters degree in Education from Wright State University. My working background is in financial services and/or operations. I've also been an Educator. I became Director over an Education program and also a Dean of Students. I started as Director at one teaching site and was promoted to District Director while operating multiple teaching sites. My hobbies are traveling especially Australia and Peru. I like hiking, reading, golfing and biking during my personal time.

My introduction may be simple, but I want my message to be clear. I have an open door policy and want everyone to feel comfortable in giving me a concern, issue, problem or even a praise regarding someone on our care team. I'm always available and want to meet or exceed your expectations. My goal is that everyone experience the Foundations 'Culture of Care' who enters our doors.

Thank you for welcoming me to this facility. I hope to get to know everyone soon and want you to know I'm here to serve your needs as the administrator of this facility in any way that I can."

Chuck Helmandollar
